Conveyancing activity in the UK is experiencing a significant rise, notably in Edinburgh, where transactions increased by 47 percent in the last quarter of 2012. This surge, the highest in six years, is accompanied by a 26.5 percent increase in homes available, as noted by the Glasgow Solicitors Property Centre.
