Earl Shilton Building Society have sought to clarify their instructions to their conveyancing panel in relation to their appetite to lend on Flying Freeholds.

In a change to their BSA Mortgage Instructions the Society now requires their lawyers to provide details of cross covenants and legal rights and obligations for consideration.
