Tesco Bank has updated their CML Handbook, requiring conveyancing lawyers to provide details of the seller’s lawyer. According to the revised section 3.2.3, this information must be communicated within five working days, and funds will not be disbursed until received. Any changes in the vendor’s representation must also be reported immediately.
