Nationwide has notified panel firms of a change from 0345 730 2011 to 0345 600 3131. The number has changed, but the lender’s written reporting requirements have not.

Nationwide Panel Update – Release of Funds
Nationwide Building Society has announced to their conveyancing panel an earlier cut-off time for same-day fund requests due to high demand. From June 25 to July 1, 2020, requests after 10 AM will not be accepted. They remind lawyers to give at least five days’ notice for funds, with shorter timelines assessed but not guaranteed.
