Nationwide Panel Update – Release of Funds
Nationwide Building Society has announced to their conveyancing panel an earlier cut-off time for same-day fund requests due to high demand. From June 25 to July 1, 2020, requests after 10 AM will not be accepted. They remind lawyers to give at least five days’ notice for funds, with shorter timelines assessed but not guaranteed.
