Accord Mortgages Solicitors Panel extended to BTL mortgages
Accord Buy to Let has expanded its solicitor panel to approximately 2000 firms. Conveyancing solicitors on the Accord Mortgages residential panel are now eligible for buy-to-let conveyancing if they have the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accreditation. This move aligns Accord with Santander’s CQS accreditation requirement for solicitor panels.
