Hot on the heels of the Law Society looking into the question of referral fees, commissions by conveyancers to estate agents and mortgage brokers are to be examined by the Legal Services Consumer Panel.
The Legal Services Consumer Panel will also look at other referral fees paid by lawyers to insurance and claims management companies.
